With these new additions, Omniture’s internal patent portfolio now includes 14 issued patents and 44 patent applications pending.
In addition to Omniture’s internal patent program, the company entered into a license agreement with NetRatings, Inc. during the quarter ended March 31, 2006, under which NetRatings licensed to Omniture worldwide rights to its entire patent portfolio of 78 U.S. and foreign patents and patent applications.
